This year’s Ghana Made Awards is on the theme “Industrialisation: the key Strategy to Accelerated Economic Development and Job Creation,” and is being held under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Finance and endorsed by the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA).
The personalities selected include the CEO of the Kantanka Group of companies, Apostle Dr Kwadwo Safo (Star of Africa), and Adelaide Ahwireng, CEO of Fio company Ltd, distributors of made in Ghana products.
The statement issued by EFG further highlighted that the products and services captured are the Kantanka Automobiles, Regimanuel Concrete Products, Ernest Chemists, Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, Daily Graphic, UT Bank, etc.
Sam Ato Gaisie, President of EFG, added that industrialisation “ is the key strategy to accelerate development of Ghana’s economy and also create lots of jobs.”
The finalisation and presentation of the awards is slated for Friday, October 24, at the State Banquet Hall, in Accra.
