Kantanka Odeneho

Engine-less Car. Uses Solar energy. Does not use fuel.

Kantanka Odeneho is a non-engine saloon car manufactured and outdoor in the year 2012 by Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo. Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo gave it that name to designate the vehicle’s function and make-up.

In the Akan language, “Odeneho” literally means independent, therefore the car does not rely on a combustion engine to move, but an electric motor powered by rechargeable batteries.

The batteries can be recharged with solar energy or electricity. As you drive the car on the road, it converts the energy from the sun into mechanical energy which powers the car.

No more worries about increase in fuel prices. The sun is free.

Still the world’s greatest inventor of all times.

  1. How does one get to purchase any of these vehicles? Are they cheaper than those imported? A custom officer was once asked if one needs to pay duty on any of the Kantanka vehicles ad he said yes. I couldn’t believe it. Import duty on a locally manufactured vehicle? Please respond to my questions.
